  • Executive-level advisory and decision support

FS/4Ascend does not provide system integration, software implementation, development, or staffing services.

2. Independence, Subcontracting, and Partner-Branded Engagements

FS/4Ascend operates as an independent advisory firm and is not a system integrator, software vendor, or staffing provider.

FS/4Ascend may, from time to time, provide advisory services as a subcontractor or through third-party vendors, partners, or prime contractors. In such cases, FS/4Ascend retains its independent professional judgment and provides advisory services in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Subcontracting or vendor relationships do not imply:

  • Responsibility for system integration, configuration, development, or implementation activities

  • Authority to make operational, technical, financial, or contractual decisions on behalf of the client

  • Control over third-party delivery teams or outcomes

All recommendations and advisory input provided by FS/4Ascend are based on professional experience and judgment and do not constitute delivery commitments, guarantees, or warranties.

3. Advisory Nature of Services

All services provided by FS/4Ascend are advisory in nature.

  • FS/4Ascend does not make operational, technical, financial, or legal decisions on behalf of clients.

  • Final decisions, implementation actions, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.

  • FS/4Ascend does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, timelines, or performance improvements.

4. Engagements and Agreements

Any formal advisory engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, such as a Statement of Work (SOW), engagement letter, or contract.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

5. Use of Website Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of FS/4Ascend unless otherwise stated.

You may:
